Phishing?

Is anybody else getting what seem to be phishing attempts? I've been getting messages that say they come from mailbox dot org and that messages are being "held" because of a "server blunder". The actual sender email addresses are from hotmail and outlook. How do you recommend dealing with this?

If you suspect an email to be a phishing attempt, please report it to our Support team as Rec has done (via https://support.mailbox.org or by writing an email to helpdesk@mailbox.org).
Our Admins are actively investigating the situation and removing the phishing messages from the affected email accounts. In addition, we are reviewing our security measures and implementing additional safeguards to further minimise the risk of similar incidents in the future.
If you repeatedly receive unwanted messages from a particular sender, you can add their email address to a blacklist. Once added, emails from that sender will no longer be delivered to your mailbox.
