Hello,

I'm hoping this will reach someone. I want to reactivate my account, but everything is in german. I cannot speak german, thus I am not sure what to hit on the page to renew my subscription. Even this page is in german. It's telling me it's in english. It is in fact not in English.

Please help.

Why not try using Google Translate? Copy the German text and paste it into the translation tool... It should work...

If the page is displayed in German then it is most likely your browser is not configured correctly. Which is your native language?

thank you for your message. I have reacitvated your account, so you can log in again and renew your subscription. Our web interface is based on the language setting of the browser. Are the settings of our webinterface still in German? Please let me know if this is still the case.

If the settings are still shown in German, you can change the settings by navigating to "Alle Einstellungen..." > "Allgemein" > "Sprache und Zeitzone" > "Sprache". Here you can choose another language. In this case, please also check the language settings of your browser.
